Return policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

 

The following items cannot be returned:

* Gift vouchers

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

 

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Next, contact your bank. There's often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Special offer items

A refund can only be made for regular-priced items; sale items are unfortunately excluded from the refund.

 

Exchange

Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@ivy-lou.com . You will receive detailed information via email.

 

Shipping costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you live.

 

If you're shipping an item valued at more than CHF/EUR 75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
